This one-of-a-kind extra-large luxury condo is the only one of its kind in downtown Cabo San Lucas and is only one block from Medano beach, restaurants, shops, and Cabo’s world famous nightlife. There are 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms with a full 10’ wide balcony that is over 90’ long and opens out of the unit to our beautiful courtyard and pool.

This suite is possible by adjoining the balconies of three exquisite condos: Casa Pancho Villa and Casa Tequila both 3 bedroom 3 bath units with Casa El Torero a 4 bedroom 4 bath unit making this the only 10 bedroom 10 bath condominium in the complex and in the downtown Cabo area. Each separate condo has a full kitchen and living area. In its entirety guests can occupy and enjoy over 5000 sq. ft. of space with 3 full kitchens and living rooms along with a 90’ long balcony with telescoping windows to get the full effect of out-door space and beautiful pool and courtyard views.
Plenty of privacy and room to accommodate 20 people with each room having a king bed and its own private bathroom.
The Condominium amenities include: wifi in each unit, filtered water in each unit, clean linens and towels, fully furnished, balconies, 24-hour secure complex, parking, on site bar in the lobby called Serranos Tequila and Wine that is open until 1am, Serranos Market for convenience in the lobby, La Palapa bar and restaurant by the pool, clubhouse with pool table and ping pong, large jacuzzi and close beach access with an amazing center courtyard and one of the largest pools in downtown Cabo.

For an additional charges we offer services that include: room stocking services before your arrival, in room massage, personal chef, additional daily cleaning, room service, transportation arrangements, local fishing charters, sunset cruise charters, scuba, snorkeling, paddle boards, preferred pirate ship bookings, private boat reservations for snorkeling at Chileno Bay, whale watching, jetskis, ATV’s and much more just ask our activities department.
